We're bringing on a Fundraising Team Member to support a nonprofit outreach campaign across the Dallas area focused on prevention education for students and communities. As a Fundraising Team Member, your day centers around connecting with people at local events, having meaningful conversations, and helping community members learn how they can support an important cause.
This is a full-time, onsite Fundraising Team Member position where you'll spend your time at community events and outreach locations. You'll interact with the public, represent the nonprofit campaign professionally, answer questions, and encourage support for the organization's mission.
Responsibilities of the Fundraising Team Member
Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach locations throughout the Dallas area.
Engage with community members by introducing the organization's mission in a clear, friendly, and informative way.
Educate prospective supporters about the impact of the nonprofit's programs and initiatives.
Encourage charitable contributions while ensuring each interaction remains positive and respectful.
Answer questions and provide accurate information about the campaign.
Track daily outreach activities and complete any required event reporting.
Work alongside fellow Fundraising Team Members to help create successful community outreach events.
