Sales & Marketing Coordinator
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing initiatives while serving as the day-to-day coordinator and accountability partner for the sales team. This role ensures marketing campaigns are completed on time, sales initiatives stay on track, and internal systems remain organized and accurate.
Sales Leadership & Coordination
- Lead weekly sales meetings and prepare agendas.
- Monitor individual and team sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and monthly goals.
- Hold sales representatives accountable for daily and weekly expectations.
- Coach and encourage the team by sharing ideas, strategies, and best practices.
- Assist in generating new sales initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
- Identify roadblocks and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from sales meetings.
- Maintain visibility into sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
Marketing Execution
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate company marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Work with sales, design, and production teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Assist with event promotion and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
CRM & Operations
- Maintain accurate records in AdOrbit.
- Clean up and organize accounts, products, contacts, and opportunities.
- Ensure proposals, orders, and sales data remain accurate.
- Assist with reporting and dashboard maintenance.
- Identify system inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Cross-Department Support
- Collaborate with leadership on company initiatives.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Assist with internal communication between departments.
- Help develop and document sales and marketing processes.
- Perform additional operational projects as assigned.
KPIs
- Sales meetings completed on schedule.
- Team KPI completion rate.
- Email campaigns sent on time.
- Marketing campaigns launched by deadline.
- CRM data accuracy.
- Sales pipeline updates completed weekly.
