We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with on-call rotation (approx. every 4 weeks). You must have your own tools.Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes, and minor electrical repairsEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenancePerform turnaround maintenanceMowing in summer and shoveling/salting in winter as neededAdditional responsibilities as directed
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience requiredFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work well as a teamMust pass background check
