Office Manager / Controller
Chilton, Wisconsin
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and growth-minded Office Manager / Controller to help support and move our business forward.
This position will work closely with ownership, leadership, customers, vendors, and team members to help manage the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the company. The role is critical to helping us continue scaling while maintaining strong organization, communication, accountability, and customer service.
The right individual will not simply “do office work.” This person will become an important part of helping Tim and Kristy (owners) continue building a healthy, growing, and well-organized business.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and wants to grow alongside the company.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday through Friday
Typical office hours:
6:00 AM to 2:30 PM preferred or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Some flexibility possible for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Support
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor cash flow and financial organization
Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
Assist ownership with financial decision-making and tracking
Coordinate with outside CPA and accounting professionals
Help improve financial systems and reporting accuracy
Office Management
Help manage day-to-day office operations
Support internal communication between departments
Assist with scheduling, purchasing, and administrative coordination
Maintain organized records and documentation
Help create and improve company processes and systems
Customer & Vendor Communication
Professionally communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners
Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer follow-up
Support dealership and supplier relationships
Help maintain strong customer service standards
Leadership & Operational Support
Work directly with Tim and Kristy to help move the company forward
Help identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication efforts
Assist with company growth initiatives and special projects
Help create structure while maintaining a positive culture
Organization & Process Improvement
Improve workflows and office efficiency
Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records
Help implement systems that support long-term business growth
Assist with reporting, metrics, and operational tracking
Qualifications
Previous office management, accounting, controller, or administrative leadership experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and business systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
