Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This position requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a strong ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies
- Oversee the complete development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team capabilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and product quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure effective deadline management
Mandatory Skills
- Java Strong proficiency with solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Spring Boot Expert-level experience in building scalable backend applications
- React JS “ Proficiency in building dynamic, responsive user interfaces
- REST APIs Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services
- HTML5 & CSS Strong knowledge of modern web markup and styling
- JavaScript Solid understanding of core JavaScript concepts and modern ES6+ syntax
- Graphic Optimization Knowledge of optimizing visual assets for web performance
Required Skills & Tools
- Expertise in Spring Framework and microservices architecture
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar modern libraries
- Proficiency with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.)
- Strong command of version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle)
- Hands-on experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment processes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals
- Leadership capabilities to effectively manage and mentor team members
Required Experience
- 6-8 years of professional software development experience
- Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or tech lead role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality full stack applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively
- Experience mentoring and developing junior developers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
