JOB SUMMARY
The adjunct faculty role is to teach students at Blessing-Reiman College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
- Academic and/or professional credentials appropriate to the subject content area taught
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered sonographer in the professional sonography field
- Possess an academic degree from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the US Dept of Education that is no lower than a Bachelor's Degree
- Hold a valid current Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) credential that is specific to one or more of the concentration(s) offered
- Have documented experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance, and in educational theories and techniques
- Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and conceptual framework of the College
- Ability to work within a group structure
