Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a strategic distribution channel advisor to help Schneider Innovations open new distributor channels for our glove and PPE product lines.
This is a relationship-driven opportunity for someone who already has relevant distributor contacts and understands how suppliers get considered, approved, and placed within distributor networks.
This is not a traditional account management role. The primary focus is on opening doors, creating qualified distributor conversations, and helping Schneider Innovations move into new sales channels.
Key Focus Areas
- Create qualified warm introductions to distributor buyers, category managers, purchasing teams, sourcing contacts, or channel decision-makers.
- Identify distributor channels where Schneider Innovations’ glove and PPE products may be a strong fit.
- Advise on distributor expectations, including pricing, margin, product fit, samples, supplier approval, and first-order pathway.
- Support early-stage conversations that may lead to sample review, supplier onboarding, catalog or line-card consideration, marketplace placement, or purchase orders.
Schneider Innovations internal team will support CRM administration, samples, documentation, pricing sheets, onboarding paperwork, order processing, and ongoing account management.
Ideal Candidate
A strong candidate may have experience as a manufacturer representative, channel sales consultant, distribution sales manager, national account manager, distributor buyer, category manager, or independent sales representative.
Relevant experience in PPE, disposable gloves, medical supplies, industrial safety, janitorial, foodservice, automotive, or B2B distribution channels is strongly preferred.
Compensation Structure
Contract/advisor role with low or no base retainer during the initial validation period. Compensation may include milestone-based fees and commission tied to verified distributor introductions, channel progress, purchase orders, and revenue generated from originated accounts. The final structure will be discussed based on experience, relationship network, and engagement scope.
The pay range for this role is:0.01 - 150,000 USD per year(California)
