Food Production (DEN Retail)
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce sandwiches for convenience stores according to customer specifications
- Prepare product for sandwich preparation; washing produce, slicing meats and cheeses
- Mixing salads (egg, chicken, tuna)
- Wrap and label all product according to specs
- Separate and count product according to daily order form
- Accurately pack totes for daily deliveries
- Complete appropriate HACCP paperwork.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Must be a team spirited individual.
- Must be flexible on days off and start time
- Ability to work in Cooler.
Compensation details: 20.5-20.5 Hourly Wage
