ABOUT THE ROLE
Mission Advancement is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to provide sales, marketing, and project management support to help keep our business development efforts organized, consistent, and moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and energized by helping others succeed.
The Business Development Coordinator supports the execution of Mission Advancement’s business development efforts, including sales support, marketing execution, prospect communications, campaign coordination, and internal systems management. This person helps ensure qualified leads are followed up with, campaigns are completed on time, prospect communications are coordinated, and business development processes aremaintained.
This is an execution-focused role that requires strong project management, clear written communication, comfort with technology, and the ability toanticipateneeds. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President of Business Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage business development campaigns, prospect nurturing, assignment-selling communications, and follow-up activities
- Coordinatethebusiness development calendar, project timelines, conferences, deadlines, and follow-up
- Manageproposal and contract preparation processes
- Execute email campaigns, social media scheduling, and content distribution fortheMission Forwardnewsletter, conferences,andpartnershipinitiatives
- Support podcast promotion, distribution, and Learning Hub content updates
- Support brand consistency and quality control across external communications
- Document andmaintainbusiness development processes, workflows, and systems
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Proficiencywith Microsoft 365
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms

- Website content management experience
- Familiarity with podcast promotion or distribution

The Business Development Coordinator will playan important rolein helping Mission Advancement strengthen its sales processes, expand its thought leadership, and support long-term growth through consistent execution.
The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 70,000 USD per year(McKinney, TX)
