Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Medical Surgical The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care. This position is days, rotating weekends and rotating holidays.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required.
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
- Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire.
- Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age to apply due to regulations around medical equipment.
