About the Position
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face interactions at retail locations and community events.
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll connect with community members, educate them about charitable campaigns and awareness initiatives, explain available support opportunities and promotional merchandise, answer questions, and assist individuals who choose to support these organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership while receiving paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit and charitable awareness campaigns at retail and community event locations
Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
Educate the public about campaign initiatives, programs, and promotional opportunities
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Assist supporters through the enrollment or purchase process
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Meet individual and team performance goals
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and display maintenance
Complete daily reports and required documentation
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve campaign objectives
