Strategy Development: Works with service line presidents and market presidents in key strategic conversations. Leads integrated marketing plan for the responsible service lines along with agency, ensuring consistency with Parkview brand strategy. Sets service line brand guidelines with creative director. Develops in depth understanding of service line and competitors. Develops full year strategy for the service line along with short term strategy to drive awareness, preference and traffic.
Team Management: Supports 2-3 high priority lines. Coaches and develops direct report. Serves as brand lead for the identified service lines and liaison with communications and creative teams.
Execution: Leads execution in the launch of new campaigns, new providers, new facilities, etc. Leads the Quarterly planning meetings with the service lines including tracking and sharing results from the campaigns.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field. Master’s preferred.
Experience
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Experience in marketing, business or sales and/or healthcare preferred. Must have demonstrated work history as a leader with a strong strategic business foundation. Experience working with agencies. Experience in healthcare marketing targeting providers and consumers with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns. Must have experience working with senior level executives.
