Maintenance Worker
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing semi and skilled maintenance of buildings and various systems, services and a variety of minor construction related tasks. Repairs mechanical equipment in compliance with building and safety codes throughout the facilities of the University Health. Complies with University Health and departmental policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school graduation or equivalent. One years’ experience in general building repairs is required. The ability to speak, read, and write English, make simple calculations, and follow simple written and oral directions is required.
