POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists and administratively supports assigned executive by performing office management and secretarial functions. Assures the prompt and efficient performance of assigned duties. Exercises individual initiative and judgment in handling minor and routine matters not requiring the personal attention of supervisor. Complies with instructions and preserves the confidential nature of information. Maintains good public/working relations with other University Health executives, members of the Board of Managers, co-workers, employees, doctors, patients and guests. Handles all personal contacts with professionalism, efficiency and integrity and promotes the Health System’s guest relation policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two years college education or business school is preferred. Five years of administrative secretarial experience in an office setting is required.
