Job Summary:
The Loss Prevention Officer will safeguard company assets, prevent and minimize theft, and reduce shortages and fraud.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
·Oversees the installation of new security equipment such as security tags, mirrors, surveillance cameras, and electronic security devices.
·Audits and investigates sources of known losses.
·Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages.
·Investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity.
·Conducts periodic inspections of stores and facilities to ensure surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly.
·Prepares reports of effectiveness of established prevention measures.
·Researches, suggests, and implements additional security measures.
·Performs other duties as needed.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Education and Experience:
·Some management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
·Must be able to access all of the company’s properties to inspect security measures.
·Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
·Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
The pay range for this role is:20 - 21 USD per hour(Provo Marriott)
