Floor Technician Project Worker, Housekeeping - Evenings or NightsThis position requires knowledge and skills in the use of power equipment, conventional and high-speed floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, wet, dry and power vacuum equipment and push sweeper. Must have the ability to operate necessary equipment/machines. Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, include hard surfaces and carpeting. Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment; requesting assistance from plant operations and maintenance as needed. Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists.
The Project Worker also cross trains into the housekeeping department and is responsible for carrying out a variety of special projects for the Housekeeping Department. Ability to properly use all cleaning equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications as well as follow Six step cleaning process required.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Prior housekeeping experience preferred
