This position requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety.Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to working collaboratively with coworkers to ensure customer expectations are met. How You'll ContributeIn this role, you will:Safelyoperateforklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to receive, store, move, and ship inventory.Reach Forklift experience is preferred.Accurately receive, pick, and process orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain precise inventory records and complete all required documentationin a timely manner. Inspect inbound shipments,identifyand document exceptions, and communicate issues appropriately. Load and unload outbound shipments while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling procedures. Work closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service representatives, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations. Assistinmaintaininga clean, organized, and safe work environment, including operating floor-sweepingequipmentand performing general warehouse housekeeping duties. Support facility andgroundsmaintenance as needed. Contribute positively to team goals bydemonstratingcooperation, flexibility, and a willingness toassistothers when needed. Qualifications & SkillsEducation, Experience & CertificationsMinimum of six (6) months of recent, verifiable forklift operating experiencerequired. Experience operating pallet jacksrequired. Experience operating cherry pickersrequired. Previouswarehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Skills & CompetenciesStrong commitment to workplace safety. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Customer-focused approach to service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Resilient and adaptable when priorities shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
