Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of our commercial warehouse while ensuring safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and outstanding customer service. This position supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates daily workloads, and works closely with the Operations and Logistics Departments, drivers, and customers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect.Plan and prioritize daily warehouse activities to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.Assign personnel based on workload, experience, and operational priorities.Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department and Operations to support daily customer requirements.Dispatch crews each morning and monitor workflow throughout the day.Review service orders and scheduling to ensure accuracy and make operational adjustments as needed.Communicate proactively with drivers, coordinators, customers, and internal departments regarding operational issues and resolutions.Ensure all inbound and outbound inventory is accurately received, stored, scanned, and tracked within the Windfall Warehouse Management System.Maintain inventory integrity through accurate documentation and timely reporting.Monitor warehouse productivity, crew schedules, and labor utilization while minimizing unnecessary overtime.Promote and enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.Maintain warehouse equipment, grounds, security systems, and overall facility cleanliness.Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of warehouse employees.Maintain appropriate inventory levels of warehouse supplies and packing materials.Perform additional duties that support the success of warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Two to four years of warehouse operations experience.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Windfall experience is a plus.Proficiency with computers and technology.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to workplace safety and ethical business practices.
