PRC Industrial, a Singer Industrial Company, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team!
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the timely and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They play a key role in prioritizing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Space Utilization:
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity.
- Plan and implement efficient storage solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast space requirements.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Implement efficient order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor and improve order accuracy.
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.
- Equipment and Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Front Counter/Customer Service:
- Supervise customer service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity PC’s and relevant software programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Compensation details: 60000-90000 Yearly Salary
