Position summary:

Responsible for delivering quality patient care and providing excellent customer service. The Occupational Therapist, within the scope of their license to practice occupational therapy, must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide service appropriate to behavioral health age groups according to chronological age, developmental age, and/or psychosocial maturity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a BS or Certificate in Occupational Therapy.

Required length and type of experience:

Prior work experience not required. Experience working with behavioral health clients desirable.

Required licensure, certification or registry:
-
Current license in the State of Ohio. CPR certified.
