WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Food and Beverage Manager
- Direct and oversee all food & beverage operations
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food, liquor costs, and payroll
- Oversee daily activities such as preparation of all food items, daily inventories, POS reports, and beverage costs
- Develop menus and agendas
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
