Service Advisors greet customers, identify service needs, and prepare repair orders. They communicate additional repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and secure customer approval before work begins.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Create accurate repair orders
- Communicate updates and approvals with customers
- Provide estimates for additional repairs
- Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail and organization
- Previous service advisor or dealership experience is a plus
- Successfully pass drug screen and preemployment background check
