About Avon Dental Group

What You’ll Do
- Frontline Communication: Operate the phone system by answering, screening, and directing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, address questions, and ensure a polished, welcoming front desk experience
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, input data, manage documents, and support daily office operations
- Technology Adoption: Learn and utilize digital systems and office technologies to support smooth workflow
- Financial & Clerical Duties: Collect payments, balance transactions, and provide basic financial clerical support
- Professional Presentation: Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone while representing the practice with warmth and confidence
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the clinical team to keep patient flow organized and efficient throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Typing proficiency and comfort with office technology
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Experience with dental software is a plus
