2+ years of experience in a call center or financial services roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to handle high call volume while maintaining service qualityAdvanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong attention to detail and sound decision-making skillsAbility to navigate multiple systems efficiently
