This is an entry level position to start a career in the heavy civil construction Industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Help manage and oversee all administrative aspects of a project
- Track labor and equipment usage and complete time sheets daily
- Complete Daily MURK Sheets file
- Put together force account submissions for extra work
- Manage and code all material tickets
- Help review Subcontractor invoicing process and ensure accurate billing and charged to right cost codes
- Prepare Submittals
- Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Assist in preparation of all project documents and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules
- Submit requests for information.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong Business writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
