We are growing and looking for an experienced, relationship driven Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, guest experience, and helping guests feel confident through customized aesthetic care.
This is not a traditional spa role.

What You Will Do
Deliver Exceptional Guest Outcomes
You will perform advanced esthetic treatments designed to help guests look and feel their best, including:
- Facials
- Chemical peel
- Dermaplaning
- DiamondGlow and HydraFacial services
- Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
- Customized skincare planning and education
Build Long-Term Guest Relationships
Our estheticians are trusted advisors, not order takers. You will:
- Conduct thorough consultations
- Create personalized treatment plans
- Recommend skincare regimens confidently
- Support guest retention and rebooking
- Build loyalty through education, communication, and results
Drive Growth Through Consultation & Education
Success in this role is tied to your ability to:
- Convert consultations into long term treatment plans
- Recommend retail products confidently
- Drive strong rebooking performance
- Support cross referrals between esthetics, injectables, and advanced devices
- Build a thriving recurring guest book
Be Part of a High Performing Team
As a growing organization, we work collaboratively across the clinic to create an exceptional guest experience.
During downtime between guests, this role may support:
- Guest communication and follow up
- Appointment confirmations
- Front desk flow and clinic readiness
- Lead outreach and re engagement
- Treatment room turnover and organization
Compensation
- Base compensation starting at $50,000 annually
- Performance-based incentives with earning potential up to $65,000+ annually
- Commission opportunities tied to services and retail performance
- Monthly bonus opportunities tied to rebooking and revenue milestones
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetics License in good standing
- Minimum two years of esthetics experience preferred
- Strong consultation and sales capability
- Experience working in a medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced clinic environment
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling software preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting injectable treatment plans
- Knowledge of medical grade skincare products including SkinMedica, Alastin, Plated, or similar lines
- Previous guest experience or front office support experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving revenue and retail sales goals

Compensation Transparency
Face Forward Aesthetics provides a compensation range for each posted position in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation within the stated range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
