In this versatile role, you will be a critical driver of multiple sub-functional areas, acting as an effective executor who can navigate a fast-paced environment and work independently without requiring heavy guidance.

- Talent Acquisition:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactive Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill or high-volume roles.
- Rigorous Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' core competencies, cultural alignment, and technical fit. Act as a strategic gatekeeper to ensure only exceptional, highly qualified talent progresses to meet with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for World 50 Group, ensuring a seamless, communicative, and positive experience for all candidates from application to final decision.
- Interview Logistics: Oversee complex interview scheduling (often across multiple time zones) and prepare structured interview guides and scorecards for hiring panels to ensure an equitable evaluation process.
- Stakeholder Advising: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide regular updates on pipeline health, and guide them through best practices for interviewing and selection.
- HR Operations:
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Process employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, title changes, compensation updates, and reporting line shifts.
- Performance Management Support: Assist the broader HR team in rolling out bi-annual or annual performance review cycles, tracking completion rates, and ensuring managers have the materials they need to conduct effective evaluations.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover rates, headcount) to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Benefits & Policy Administration:
- Leave Administration: Help manage and track employee leaves of absence (such as FMLA, parental leave, or short-term disability), ensuring employees understand their options and documentation is properly filed.
- Compliance: Maintain a working knowledge of local (Georgia) and federal employment laws to ensure daily HR practices, employee files, and compliance posters remain up to standard.
- First-Line Employee Support: Act as the primary, approachable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding day-to-day HR policies, workplace procedures, and benefits queries.
- Benefits & Open Enrollment: Support the administration of company health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Assist with the annual Open Enrollment process, helping to draft employee communications and answering plan-specific questions.
- Cross-Functional Agility: Jump seamlessly into various HR tasks, ad-hoc reporting, and project-based work as business needs evolve, demonstrating a strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to tackle any challenge.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong, demonstrated skill set and focus in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to jump into any task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and holding yourself to a high standard of excellence. You possess meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, knowing that precision is critical in HR, whether you are managing complex interview scheduling, maintaining confidential HRIS data, or drafting employee communications.
- Highly agile and an effective executor who takes accountability and ownership of their work.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal guidance, while still remaining a highly visible and collaborative part of the global team.
- Strong alignment with World 50 Group’s core values: Stay Ahead, Care Deeply, Make It Better, One & All.
