COMMUNICATIONS OPERATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
- Serves as a central telephone communications source for the hospital.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required:
- - High School diploma or equivalent with prior switchboard experience.
    Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions and procedures.
  - Ability to learn and retain frequently used telephone numbers and operational procedures.
  - Proficient in the use of keyboard and ability to learn basic computer applications.
