What You'll Do
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while leading a team of drivers, dispatchers, and office personnel. You'll play a critical role in ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing branch employees
- Managing schedules, staffing, and operational coverage
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring compliance with safety, licensing, and company requirements
- Monitoring branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring employees through ongoing evaluations and development
- Supporting investigations, documentation, and performance management
- Helping identify business growth opportunities within the region
- Stepping in operationally when needed to support dispatch or driver coverage

Required Experience
- Maritime transportation experience OR leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or transportation operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- TWIC card and valid Texas driver's license required
- Must be at least 24 years old

Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availability based on operational needs. The role includes both office and field interaction in a dynamic maritime environment.
