Amethyst Capital INC. is a growing business development and outreach firm based in the Charleston area. We partner with nationally recognized brands and service providers to expand market reach, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through face-to-face outreach campaigns and community-based events.
We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals for an entry-level Outreach & Sales Specialist position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working in fast-paced environments, and developing professional skills in sales, outreach, and business development.
No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for long-term advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client campaigns at community events and outreach locations
Engage directly with customers and provide information about products and services
Build positive relationships through professional communication and interaction
Assist with customer acquisition and enrollment initiatives
Help increase brand awareness and campaign visibility
Track daily outreach goals and campaign performance
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support expansion efforts
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence during events and promotions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Reliable transportation preferred
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or outreach is a plus but not required
Compensation details: 45000-65000 Yearly Salary
