Job Summary:
We are looking to add an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to our team Orlando Team. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with Ally Building Solutions policies and vision.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Flooring warehouse which includes but not limited to pulling routes as designed by the schedulers. Receiving Trucks, scheduling damage returns, Rotating stock, Inventory weekly, Route in dispatch track, daily reports,
- Hire and train new warehouse employees as we grow.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
- Coordinate Forklift maintenance
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of related warehouse supervisory experience required, preferably in a Construction/Flooring related industry. Experience using a forklift.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to detail.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitask and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds at a time, and traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
6:00am to 2:30pm
Compensation details: 22-25 Hourly Wage
