Description
We’re seeking a Senior Consultant experienced in Billing. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of billing solutions for diverse clients, applying your industry knowledge to solve real-world challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, support project execution, and help refine our service offerings. Responsibilities:
- Support client engagements and work directly with stakeholders to understand needs and challenges
- Conduct analysis of client business processes, systems, and pain points
- Contribute to solution design and present recommendations to address client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Provide guidance and support throughout implementations to ensure client success
- Continuously build expertise by staying current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Billing/Revenue Consulting or a related field
- Hands-on experience with billing architecture in BillingPlatform, Stripe, GoTransverse, Zuora, Salesforce, or Aria (experience with other SaaS Billing Applications will also be considered)
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to client-facing engagements and deliver high-quality results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
