Strategy & Performance Insight Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Performance Insight to establish and lead ATIs Strategy & Performance Communications capability. This role will play a critical part in shaping how performance, transformation progress, operational risks, and strategic priorities are communicated across executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
This is not a purely strategic role, and it is not a purely design-focused role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, synthesize complex operational inputs, and independently transform them into compelling executive-level narratives and presentation materials. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution capability.
Key responsibilities
- Transform operational performance data, business insights, and strategic initiatives into clear, structured, and persuasive executive narratives
- Develop high-impact presentations for QBRs, leadership reviews, client engagements, and strategic discussions
- Reframe operational risks, challenges, and achievements into commercially relevant messaging
- Ensure communication materials maintain strong narrative flow, executive relevance, and strategic clarity
- Partner closely with Operations and Business Performance Transformation (BPT) teams to extract meaningful business insights
- Identify patterns, operational gaps, business risks, and transformation opportunities
- Distill large volumes of information into concise, decision-oriented outputs
- Support enterprise-level strategic communication initiatives across the organization
- Own both the narrative development and final presentation quality for executive materials
- Independently create clean, structured, and visually compelling executive-level presentations
- Ensure all presentations are commercially impactful, strategically sound, and professionally delivered
- Establish communication standards and best practices for QBRs and management presentations
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, BPT, and Executive Leadership
- Act as a thought partner in shaping executive messaging and communication strategy
- Continuously challenge and elevate the quality of organizational communication materials

- Exceptional storytelling and narrative structuring capability
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
- Strong ability to simplify complex operational topics into compelling executive messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to independently produce executive-ready and client-ready materials
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience from strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation functions
- Exposure to high-level client-facing or executive communication environments
- Experience supporting strategic business reviews or transformation initiatives
- Specific industry background or domain expertise
- Traditional design-focused experience without strategic communication capability
