Agent Support Specialist (Fluent in English)
Role Purpose:
We're looking for an Agent Support Specialist (Fluent in English) to support one of our largest Australia-based clients. This role is responsible for assisting global agents in managing Land or Air bookings efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Resolve agent inquiries related to Land or Air bookings through chat, phone, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide support to suppliers via phone and email communication.
- Manage and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex or higher-level inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards while supporting global agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any major.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates with advanced English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, including public holidays.
- Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang.
