Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are dedicated to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life. In this role, you’ll provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions in an outpatient clinic setting. You’ll work with patients experiencing a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including stress management, substance use-related issues, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and mental health conditions.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to maintain composure during complex or crisis situations. We value collaboration, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and patient-centered care, and we’re excited to welcome teammates who bring these strengths to our Behavioral Health team.
Key Responsibilities

Provide psychosocial diagnosis, assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services for pediatric through geriatric populations

Assist patients coping with mental health challenges, substance use-related concerns, family and marital issues, stress, and aging-related emotional health concerns

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, diagnosis coding, and billing-related records within the electronic medical record system
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused behavioral health services while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes compassionate care and clinical excellence.
Qualifications

Knowledge and experience working with co-occurring populations, including chronic health conditions, mental health conditions, and substance abuse

Ability to effectively read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language with excellent verbal communication skills

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
