Key Responsibilities:
in-home appointments to determine the
scope of work and provide
estimates for water and mold damage restoration services.
Close deals in a single visit using high-level
sales techniques and customer relationship-building skills.Provide homeowners with the best
solutions for their restoration needs, offering excellent
customer service as a Project Manager.Manage remediation crews to ensure
job compliance,
progress, and
customer satisfaction.Communicate
job status updates with customers, company management, and
insurance carriers to ensure smooth project execution.
Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs to ensure timely communication.Process all
documentation in a
timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed
sales targets and
quotas.
Experience in remote sales or
outside sales is a plus.
Blue-collar experience is a plus, particularly in fields like construction, remediation, or restoration.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on
relationship building and customer satisfaction.
Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools.
Basic math skills to calculate estimates and pricing.
Proficient in technology and comfortable using
software tools for job management and reporting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with customers.Ability to work
overtime as needed, including some
holidays.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
