Job Overview
Company: Brixco Construction, Inc.
Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 $100,000 annually.
Location: Milpitas, CA.
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital link between the office and the field, supporting the planning and execution of heavy civil construction projects that shape local communities. This role offers you hands-on mentorship and a clear path for professional growth within a team that values innovation and collaborative problem-solving. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact on infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
How You Will Make an Impact
Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to maintain strict project schedules and budgets.
Review project plans and contracts to ensure total compliance with technical specifications.
Track critical project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Support estimating efforts by conducting precise material takeoffs and bid solicitations.
Conduct regular site visits to verify that field operations meet high quality standards.
Maintain accurate project cost tracking to ensure financial transparency for stakeholders.
Collaborate with field personnel to resolve technical issues and maintain safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills necessary for managing multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both office-based and field-based teams.
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and coordination workflows.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Previous exposure to project coordination software or civil infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced construction setting.
