EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of hotel or related experience (or a 4-year degree with 45 years, or a 2-year degree with 56 years of experience).
- Must be comfortable with frequent and extended travel as required by business needs and hold a valid driver's license, required.
- Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Strong communication, quick decision-making, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information, adapt to change, work with financial data, and effectively address concerns from guests and co-workers.
