Position Overview
Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Internal Medicine Specialty/Subspecialty and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care, chronic disease management, biologic therapies, and long-term patient relationships.

Our providers care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and related disorders.

Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Manage chronic and complex medical conditions
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Monitor biologic and infusion therapies
Provide patient education and counseling
Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
Physician Assistant
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
NCCPA certification required
Delaware licensure (or eligible)
Preferred Experience
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Rheumatology experience preferred but not required
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
