We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Sales Manager to lead our regional sales teams in our Southern California region. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Management, this role will focus on coaching, developing, and empowering our Sales Executives to achieve goals, grow their careers, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop the Team: Train, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to elevate their sales approach, client management skills, and overall performance.
- Drive Sales Performance: Regularly monitor KPIs and work with the National Sales Director to implement strategies to help the team exceed revenue and profitability goals.
- Account Oversight: Support and advise on major client relationships and complex deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the National Sales Director to develop regional sales strategies, territory plans, and forecasts that align with ECC’s growth objectives.
- Foster a Winning Culture: Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, motivating your team to consistently perform at a high level.
- Market Growth: Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and opportunities; position ECC as the preferred partner for exterior renovation projects in your region.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate with estimating and our operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Background in construction, renovation, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement when needed.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for team success and client satisfaction.
