The Account Manager will perform a variety of tasks relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Primarily responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. While being a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs. This position will manage and develop client accounts to initiate favorable relationships with clients. Must have familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Account managers will assist with client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, as they work toward improving the overall customer experience.
Essential Functions:
· Be the primary point of contact and build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal teams.
· Forecast and track key account metrics.
· Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis.
· Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of products.
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
· Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing current clients.

Work Environment: While performing this job's duties, the employee will be mainly in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Position may require occasional visits to plant floor that is subject to vibration, equipment noise leading to a loud environment and cleaning solvents.
Physical Demands: The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen, perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, sit for extended periods of time, and lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, fingers, with the ability to feel and reach with hands and arms will also be required.
· Continuous (6 or more hours per day) working at a computer terminal.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typically work standard business days and hours. Flexible to attend meetings or important functions that may occur during off hours and weekends to meet organizational initiatives.
Travel: Should not be required.
Required Education and Experience:
· Proven account management or other relevant experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related field.
· Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C level.
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying stick attention to detail.
· Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
· Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
· Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and time and project management skills. Always looking to improve inefficient processes.
