Description:
We are seeking an experienced, full-time, in-office, Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls & reply to inquiries via phone/text/email.
- Promote products, services, & preventive maintenance plans.
- Schedule routine & demand calls for service, maintenance, & sales appointments.
- Interface with call center technology to include CRM, Microsoft platforms, and other automated customer service tools.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Document customer concerns & resolution.
- Efficiently route & dispatch on-call Service Technicians as needed.
- Assist with customer mailings & related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings
Requirements:
- High personal integrity and desire to serve others
- High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
- Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
- Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Multi-lingual ability preferred!
