We are seeking an experienced, full-time, Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls & reply to inquiries via phone/text/email.
- Promote products, services, & preventive maintenance plans.
- Schedule routine & demand calls for service, maintenance, & sales appointments.
- Interface with call center technology to include CRM, Microsoft platforms, and other automated customer service tools.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Document customer concerns & resolution.
- Efficiently route & dispatch on-call Service Technicians as needed.
- Assist with customer mailings & related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30AM to 7PM.
