Your Role
As a vital member of our Primary Care team, you’ll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered care in immediate and primary care settings
- Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and routine primary care needs
- Perform basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
- Interpret labs, x-rays, and EKGs
- Lead and collaborate with MAs, PAs, and NP colleagues
- Maintain a patient panel with a focus on quality outcomes and see walk ins
About You
- Board-certified APC
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state with unrestricted DEA license
- Comfortable managing acute care cases in addition to routine primary care
- Passionate about using technology to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- BLS certified before your first day

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):
$134,160 - $220,660
Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location. We comply with all applicable state and local wage and hour laws.
