In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for members—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding members through products and services with confidence and care.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary contact for members via phone, delivering prompt and professional service
- Handle complex inquiries and escalated concerns with confidence and efficiency
- Provide guidance on accounts, services, and lending-related questions
- Assist members with account maintenance requests and service needs
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Route calls effectively to ensure members are connected to the right resource
- Strive for first-call resolution and a seamless member experience
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or financial services role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to handle high call volume while maintaining service quality
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
