JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Licensure: Current Arkansas RN or Compact State license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience required. Previous charge nurse and/or leadership experience required.
Preferred Education: Master of Science in Nursing
Other: Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating servant leadership characteristics. Strong service excellence focus and the ability to effectively influence internal and external customers. Ability to interact with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, as well as care partners at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to employment data, HIPAA, and departmental operations.

Ability to stand and walk, bend, squat, and twist up to or exceeding 8 to12 hours during shift(s). Occasionally requires lifting of 50 pounds or more of equipment. Able to push in excess of 150 pound wheelchair with patient and equipment. Occasionally lifts patients with assist 125 pounds or more. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity to respond to critical changing patient situations from actual observations and/or equipment alarms. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.

Hospital environment, office-type settings, patient care areas.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating Senior Administrative call.
