Regional Operations Manager Location: Sacramento, CA Pay: $70,000–$85,000 annually, Exempt, Full-Time Travel requirement: 50% - 75%
Position SummaryThe Regional Operations Manager supports day-to-day performance across multiple Health Bridge partner clinic locations and works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure operational consistency, workflow compliance, and performance targets are met across assigned sites.
This role is responsible for supporting field teams, reinforcing standard operating procedures, monitoring capture-rate performance, and helping clinics successfully integrate Health Bridge services into their daily workflows. The Regional Operations Manager serves as the primary operational support partner for assigned locations and plays a key role in maintaining service quality and program growth.

Who We’re Looking For Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare operations, dental operations, or multi-site program support Experience supporting distributed or field-based teams strongly preferred Strong understanding of workflow implementation and performance tracking Ability to travel regularly between clinic sites Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%–75%)

Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or FQHC environments Experience supporting senior or executive leadership Familiarity with integrated care or multi-site operations Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Business Operations, or related field)
Your Role in Action Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple clinic locations to ensure operational workflows are followed consistently Monitor performance metrics including capture rate, missed opportunities, and daily productivity Assist sites in meeting established program goals, including maintaining an 80% capture-rate target Identify workflow gaps and partner with the Director of Operations on corrective action plans Provide day-to-day operational support to assistants and site-based teams Reinforce onboarding processes and training expectations Support implementation of workflow updates and operational changes Serve as escalation support for site-level challenges Assist with reporting accuracy between operational dashboards and clinic systems Provide regular performance updates to Director of Operations Help support improvement plans for underperforming sites Support adoption of OroMed workflows within partner clinics
