Analysis Team Lead/Quality Coordinator
The Analysis Team Lead/Quality Coordinator is responsible for:
A. Team lead of the duties of staff which involve analysis of medical records (for deficiencies in documentation), and abstracting of data. Coordinates work load if requested.
B. Does quality reviews to ensure quality of work by HIM Tech II’s and other duties as needed. This person may also help in HIM Tech I areas of responsibility.
C. Provides analysis duties, problem-solving, and provides back up for the Supervisor on an as-needed basis.
Education: High School Diploma Required
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months in the medical record department performing duties that involve analysis of records.
