Role: Set Crew Technician

Job description:
At Superior Walls, our Set Crew Members play a critical role in delivering high-quality foundation systems to our customers. This is a hands-on, outdoor construction position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and seeing the results of their efforts at the end of each day. Set Crew Members are responsible for the successful installation of Superior Walls systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing job sites, climbing ladders, guiding and unhooking wall panels, and securing panels by bolting and sealing them according to company standards. Precision, safety, and adherence to installation guidelines are essential in every phase of the job.
In addition to installation duties, crew members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Pride in workmanship and respect for company property are key expectations in this role. Following initial training, Set Crew Members are expected to become Certified Installers, demonstrating proficiency in Superior Walls installation techniques and compliance with all company standards and safety protocols.

Relevant Experience:
- Experience with any of the following would be helpful and relevant:
- Framing, Masonry, Roofing, Surveying, Excavation, and General Construction
- Travel to and from Plant to job-sites in company vehicles.
Job Duties:
- Get to each job-site in a timely manner each day according to schedule
- Keep vehicle and tools in a clean and orderly manner
- Give crane signals to direct crane operate
- Work a laser level to set final grade on stone footings
- Handle Concrete panels and other objects as they are craned into place
- Bolt and caulk all panel connections
- Use a string-line to ensure all panel runs are straight
- Use a tape measure or total station to square up corners
- Leave the job-site in a clean manner
- Communicate with truck drivers, crane operators, project managers, and customers when necessary
Work Schedule:
Compensation:
- Pay is $22 per hour and/or based on footage. Typical annual pay is 55k-70k based on amount of work performed.
