POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of Respiratory Care evaluates and monitors staff performance to ensure that respiratory therapy is providing consistent care and performing within the Department policies and procedures. Plans and monitors the budget process. Oversees scheduling of staff, equipment and supply needs. Serving as a resource person to staff, other department personnel, nurses and physicians.
